Welcome to the Knowledge Base.

The Knowledge Base is the online portion of the Service Desk for JIS and TCS. It is a secure page for user information and to view any requests (tickets) you have submitted.

Your Knowledge Base login/password is simply your email address and a password you select. 

Creating your password for the Knowledge Base allows you to:

  • View current JIS application procedures, policies, and frequently asked questions (FAQs)
  • Submit a new support request
  • Review your current and past tickets
  • Update your Support Desk profile

If you have emailed one of the JIS Service Desks before, you already have an account.  To set your password, enter the email address and select “Forgot my password.” Follow the instructions from the email to create your password.
